Recital fees cover expenses directly related to the production of the show. Students enrolling before November 1, will be able to participate in the 2019 recital. Recital fees are due in January 2019.
Tickets: Seats are selected through the Dance Recital Ticketing website. Tickets must be presented at the Auditorium. General admission tickets will be available for $10.00 each; there will be a limited number of premium location seats available for an additional fee of $15.00 to $25.00 each depending on location of the seat.
Costumes will be of excellent, durable quality. Exact measurements will be required in advance of ordering each costume. Please let us know during enrollment if your child has any sensitivities or allergies so we can make an appropriate costume decision for that class’s performance. Costume deposits will be charged on August 1. Costume balances will be due in the fall, an email will be sent out providing the exact date.
Photos and videos provide priceless memories. A professional photographer has been hired to take photographs of each child in each of their costumes on Picture Day at the studio. These photographs will be available for purchase. A professional videographer has also been hired to record the shows. For the safety, but most importantly, to not distract the young dancers, no flash photography or videography will be allowed.
Programs are an excellent way for families and friends to celebrate their dancer’s excitement and achievements during the dance year. Congratulatory Ads can be placed in the program and must be turned in to the office no later than April 28, 2019. While Artists in Motion does not hold an ad requirement or sales contest, ads from sponsors and businesses are welcome; all ads will be placed according to size and program layout.
